calendar deleting old data after two months

My calendar on outlook keeps deleting all past appointments and information
after two months. I don't want this to happen at all. How do I stop it? I
have tried changing the archive setting with no change.

Then, AFAIK, it's a setting on the Blackberry, and not in Outlook.

"AFAIK" is short for "As Far As I Know"

You need to look at the Blackberry manual to see where the synchronising
settings can be found.

AFAIK I don't know much ! Thanks, I have looked and so far no luck, I will
persevere though.

It's the blackberry... open the calendar, click the BB button to open the
menu then select Options, then general options. The setting is near the
end.
