Calendar details permissions

Hi,

We have one user who nobody, including the administrator account, can
see calendar details in either the Group Schedules view or under the
Schedules tab of a Calendar invitation. The shared calendar view works
fine.

We have checked both delegate and folder permissions, the "show
details" option, and Calendar options listed under Tools -> Options.

One anomaly is the Anonymous user is missing in the folder permissions.
Would this make a difference and if so, how do you get this user back?
If not, what could be causing this? We are trying to avoid recreating
the account.
