Environment: Exchange 2003 SP2, OL2002 SP2, BES 4.0 SP2
User A has booked a recurring meeting with anumber of other attendees, and
when you look at the attendees calendars it shows up as ????????4??? under
Day/Week?month view, but in User A's calendar it shown fine.
If you open the appointment on an attendee's calendar who has this problem
the subject shows the correct details and not ?????????4???, 2 out of 8
attendees have this issue. And it only affects this 1 occurence and not the
whole series.
any ideas ?
Claire is booking these appointments in Mr X calendar as she has delegate
rights.
