Calendar entries are automatically setup with weekly recurrences

For the past week or two when adding new Outlook calendar entries they are
automatically setup with weekly recurrences. I didn't make any changes to my
knowledge.

Nothing under Tools - Options or Customize what I could see.

Any help would be fantastic

Do you have a Dell? If so, use Add or Remove Programs to uninstall
Outlookaddinsetup.
