Calendar form - calculate time between start and end

I need to populate a field with yes or no if the total is more then 14
from start to End. I can do this in excel =IF(B2-A2>14,"Yes","No") and
I am sure there is a way to do it in Outlook.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
