We have a 2003 exchange server, and have logged into every user account and
manually changed the free/busy information from 2 to 6 months. The weird
part is that some of them took the change perfectly, others changed from 2 to
3 months and others changed from 2 to 4 months. However, when you re-open
their accounts and look at the free/busy information it still says it's
publishing 6 months.
We've looked at the delegates and sharing areas as well. There are no
delegates and we've changed all of Defaults to Reviewer.
We can't find anything different about the records that won't change...any
ideas?
