When in monthly calendar view, the month name should appear on the upper left
instead of upper right. Since the word "Calendar" already appears in the
left mini-calendar pane, it doesn't need to be repeated an inch to the right.
And upper left is traditional for headings. I want to be able to see what
month quickly, and the eye scans automatically to upper left, not upper
right. Please change this.
