Japan and Korea are in the list to import.

File --> Import --> Select Holidays and select country.

To add holidays not offered in the list see this tip:

I checked in Entourage 2008. Maybe it was not included in Entourage 2004.

You could try adding this:

Thanks for the list. Is there an easy way to add all of these dates to the calendar?

Buy Office 2008. :)

You could edit the actual Holiday file. The Holiday file could overwritten
by an update so having the data in an Entourage archive would require you to
remove the edited version each time you update. I doubt Office 2004 will be
updated too many more times though.

It's been a while since I had this info, but I seem to remember you can just
drag the file to a text editor to open it.

Diane,

Thanks for the help. I will try working on it tomorrow and let you know how it went.

I find the holiday file in the Microsoft Office folder within applications. I opened the file in TextEdit.app and inserted the list you gave me between "Jewish Religious Holidays" and "Luxembourg" so Korea would be in alphabetical order in the list. I saved the new file and went through the process of importing the new holiday calendar item. For some reason the list seemed to be the same but it grew to 3 times the size it was before. The list repeated itself 3 times, but Korea was absent from the first 2 but was found in the 3rd list. I selected Korea, and when done I ended up with a spattering of Holidays from Mexico and Luxembourg. Not all of them just some. I repeated the process of the import, but this time the list was the right size with Korea where it was supposed to be. I selected Korea but ended up with the same results of these strange holidays. I was successfully able to remove them. I turned entourage off and back on again to try to repeat the process and this (though it may have been true before) Korea was where I expected on the import list but Luxembourg and Mexico were now gone. So I thought maybe the insert in the middle of the list was a problem so I removed the Korea holidays saved it and confirmed Luxembourg and Mexico were back on the list and they were. I now inserted the Korea list at the edit of the file and tried again. Now when I select Holidays and the program tries to build the list the application, Entourage, crashes. I retried 3 times with the same result. I once again edited the Holiday file and removed Korea and the application, Entourage works again. So I am basically back where I started.

I know "Buy Office 2008", but this is frustrating. I did notice when I went to remove the Korean Holidays I found the Korean Holidays in the list that were inserted years ago prior to 2003. I know 2004 was not out then, but I do recall having Korean Holidays in my calendar years ago. So not finding them on the import list is something new in 2004 recently.
