Hi all. Is it possible to have a yearly calendar in publisher 2000 go from
say March 2005 to March 2006 as opposed to it always going from January to
December?

Also, when doing a monthly calendar, is it possible to show more than one
month, or would I need to do two monthly calendars on the same page? The
bottom month is always grayed out. I would like to show for example July
and August on the same page.

Thanks for any help.

You can do it, but you will have to manually adjust your pages. Select the calendar
you want to use in the wizard. Click dates first, change your range. Select
Month/Yearly and select yearly. This will result in two calendars, 2005-2006. Delete
January & February in 2005 and manually move the calendars into position.

As for two calendars per page. You can open many instances of Publisher you need at
one time.
In page setup, select special size, make your page height 5.5. This will give you a
half page on your screen, insert, Design Gallery Object, select calendar, change the
date. Open another instance of Publisher, copy/paste the calendar to the new
publication, go back, click the wand, change the date, copy/paste again. This will
result in two calendars per page.
