To anyone who can help. I recently installed a server with SBS2003
running Exchange Server 2003. I added all the clients to the domain
and then setup everyone's outlook 2003 to link to the server. Here is
my problem. When I copy one client's personal folders calendar into
the exchange server calendar, the server updates the folder and deletes
a large number of items. It appears that the items are appointments
that occur in the past. Can anyone tell me the solution on stopping
the deletion of these appointments in the exchange calendar. Thanks in
