Calendar no longer syncs with iPhone after Snow Leopard upgrade

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I've been using Entourage 2008 (now 12.2.3) with an iPhone 3G with flawless syncing for over a year. Since upgrading to Snow Leopard (now 10.6.2), contacts and mail continue to sync to iPhone, but calendar events do not. I've been using only an Exchange Server connection (no iCal or MobileMe).

Any suggestions for getting my Entourage calendar back on speaking terms with my iPhone?

Back up your unsynced Calender events first by copying them to your
local Calendar under "On My Computer".

Right-click or Control-click your Calendar, select Folder Properties and
click the Empty button to empty the cache.

Copy your unsynced events from your local Calendar to your Exchange
calendar and they should sync to the server.

I appreciate the attempt, but the problem persists.

OK, repeated the process, tossed in a MacBook Pro restart, powered down the iPhone and restarted, and about 15 minutes later everything was in sync. The restarts may not have actually mattered as I may have just been too impatient the first time.
