Calendar not updated with Meeting requests when rule added to move

Outlook Calendar Not Updated

Customers Calendar is not being Updated with Meeting requests which he sends
to others provided he adds a rule to move mails from a DL (Distriibution
List) to his Personal Folder.

However if the rule is reomved it works fine with Calendar being Updated.

Is there a hotfix to fix the following problem.

Meetings only process if they remain in the default store - it can take
several minutes for them to process. There is no hotfix to change this
behavior (and probably never will be).
