Calendar notes

I make notes in the appointment form (who is bringing
what, etc)How do I get the notes to show up when I print
the Calendar? I am using outlook 2000

Julia,
The notes section in the printed calendar is for hand written notes, not
your notes in Outlook unfortunately...
