Calendar object from Outlook XP are not readable via Outlook 2003

From my home PC (Outlook XP), meeting objects come to work (Outlook 2003)
with no details in the body of the message. Is there a converter that I can
load on the Outlook XP side that will generate and receive meeting notices
correctly?
