calendar overlays in outlook 2007

my original post disappeared:

hi, we use several shared calendars at work, plus our personal ones
(outlook 2007). I have yet to find a way to see my own calendar
displayed on the LEFT, with the shared overlaid calendars on the
RIGHT. does anyone know how to do this? I have partial vision in one
eye, and the reverse alignment for some reason causes eyestrain.
