Calendar owner not allowed to change appointment.

Hi,


Several people here have 'owner' rights on the public calendar, yet they
are not allowed to delete or modify some appointments. The error
returned is one that says they don't have enough permissions to access
some or all items (Without actually divulging which items are in fact
not allowed, ffs..). By the way, the appointment doesn't include
resources, just a few users.


What can I do to remedy this?
