Calendar Printing Assistant not printing months selected

(August 1 - December 31). I was able to enter my reoccurring appointments
in outlook. I was able to see them appear in the calendar printing assistant
program. My problem is that they will not print past September 26, 2008.
When printing I selected the "standard month 01 letter" template, clicked
print, clicked print date range. It would print August's and September's
calendars, but after that October, November and December were blank - no
data, just blank calendars. Is there a fix to this problem? I really need
October's calendar soon. So far I haven't a fix.

Yes. they just won't print on the calendar. If I print Aug - Dec, it only
printed Aug. & Sept with data and printed Oct - Dec as blank calendars. If I
select to say only print October. October prints blank.
