Calendar Printing Assistant

I have more information about the Calendar Printing Assistant for
Outlook 2007 showing duplicates for non-recurring events. This is a
continuation of the following thread:

If CPA is showing duplicates of non-recurring events, this is effected
by:
1. Which group the calendar is in on the Outlook Calendar left
sidebar.
2. If it's a shared calendar which is not yours, which method did you
use to view it.

My setup:
Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007 SP1, CPA SP1.
dotNET 3
Two users sharing their calendars via Outlook permissions.
Third user running CPA, viewing both shared calendars.

Here's where it gets wierd:
One shared calendar is viewed by clicking File > Open > Other Person's
Folder. It was added to the "Other People's Calendars" group. This
calendar shows fine in CPA.

The second shared calendar is viewed by adding it to the Exchange
profile; Tools > Accounts > select Exchange account > click Change >
click More Options > Advanced > Add the user name. It was added to
the "My Calendars" group. This calendar shows the duplicated in CPA.

I moved the duplicated calendar to "Other People's Calendars" and it
showed all non-recurring events once, and didn't show any recurring
events.

When this duplicated calendar was viewed using File > Open > Other
Person's Folder, it worked fine. When this calendar actually resided
within the Exchange account of the assistant running CPA, it worked
fine.

I had to add it to the assistant's Exchange profile because that's the
only way that the reminders will be seen by the assistant (in
combination with the add-on Reminder Manager).

So, it's still not fixed. Changing the group now decreases the
duplicate count of everything by one. This makes the previously
unduplicated recurring events now not show at all. What can be done
about this?
