When printing a monthly calendar, can I eliminate the mini-calendars at the
top and thus reduce the height of that top row in the calendar (with the
month name). Since August has five weeks, I have a calendar with numerous
days that say "More items..." That does me no good. I need to print 7-day
weeks with full-sized weekend days. Also, it won't print event end-times.
Has any of this been improved in the next version of Outlook (2003)?
