calendar question

I keep an Outlook calendar with all my appointments;
personal and business. My boss wants me to share my sales
appointment schedule with him. Is there a way I can share
a version, copy,.. of my calendar with him without the
personal items on it without having to maintain two
calendars? I figure because it gives you the categories
tab to classify each appointment there must be an easy way
to sort these out. Currently I only have a private folder
set up.
