What we want to do is have the secretary enter information on her outlook,
so that when the 30 days expires for a building permit it will queue her up
and she will send them a reminder note, (that part is simple), but we also
what that same reminder to automatically be sent to 2-3 other staff in the
event that she is away from her desk.
Is this possible?
