calendar reminders to delegate only

I manage my boss's calendar. We are on Exchange 2007 / Outlook 2007.
He does not want to receive any reminders of upcoming meetings but
wants them all to come to me instead. Can this be accomplished? If so,
how?

No. He can disable reminders on his calendar but you'd need a copy of his
calendar to get reminders for his items.
