Calendar Runtime error when trying to synch with my blackberry

I get a runtime error in the DesktopMgr when trying to synch with an error in
Calendar event 598 of 691, which then causes Outlook to crash. Any ideas on
what could be causing this and/or how to find and delete calendar event #598?
