Calendar setup

My normal work hours are from 6:30 am until 3:00 pm and I do not want
people to schedule meetings with me outside of those hours unless I
deem it to be important. Is there a way that I can set that time to
show as busy or something to let the person making the request that I
am not available.

Sure, if you create a "busy" appointment for those times.
