Calendar sharing between Outlook 2003 and 2002

Have a user with Outlook 2003 who has shared their
personal calendar (default is pulbishing author). Other
users with Outlook 2003 are able to view and post to the
calendar. Users with Outlook 2002 cannot, however. Any
ideas?
