Calendar sharing permissions

Jeff H

We are using Outlook 2003. My boss would like her calendar
to be viewed by only a few individuals and not the entire
company. I have followed the steps described below

While her calendar is opened, I choose 'File' -> 'Folder' -
'Sharing' and choose the 'Permissions' tab and make the
necessary changes. However, no matter what I do, my boss's
calendar is still viewable company wide. What am I doing
wrong?

Thanks for any information.

Have the Exchange administrator change the permissions for the organization.
Chances are that they're too loose somewhere upstream from the mailbox.

When you say "Change permissions for the organization..'
Do you mean changing it within the Exchange System Manager
Window? Within the Exchange System Manager window, I see
an 'Administrative Groups' choice then expanding
everythign, I then see 'First Administrator Group'
then 'Servers' then '<Our Exchange Server Name here>'.
Right clicking on the server gives me a configuration
window with a properties tab. IS this where I change the
permissions for the organization as you asked? If not,
Where should I be looking? Thanks for all your help.
