Seems the people at microsoft can only point a person to
one site....

for calendar sharing.

Has anyone found anything that works when trying to share
a calendar with a Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002 and no
Exchange Server on this site?

The third-party tools listed should be able to help you out with that. Most work with any version of Outlook from Outlook 2000 on.
