Calendar subject full of "?'s"

[SJMP]

Outlook 2003 - all of a sudden a users calendar views are screwed up. The
subject is full of ?'s and partial text. Opening the calendar entry does
reflect the correct text.

I have looked at the outlook profile on different machines and the problem
exists.
