Calendar & Task pane always open

I'd like to keep my Calendar and Task pane open at all times to the right
side of Outlook 2003. It currently displays this way when I am in Calendar,
but as soon as I switch to any other folder, it disappears.

How can I make this happen? I've gone through every "View" setting and dug
through everything I can think of, yet I've not found it. I've seen it done
in a few places, but everytime I see it, and ask, I usually get a "I don't
know how it's done, mine was setup by IT."

Hi Brandon

Try this
Click on View - To do list(bar). See if this resolves the issue

The Taskpad exists only when viewing the Calendar. If you want to see your
Inbox as well as your Calendar, then after opening Outlook, right-click your
Calendar and choose "Open in New Window".
