Calendar, tasks and e-mail in one view?

How can I get a view that shows the calendar, taks and e-mail. Switching
views on an exchange server can sometimes be slow, if they were in one view I
would have everything I need to manage my day.

I agree with you --- but, you can get there.
First, go to your Calendar view.
Next, go to View> Task Pad View> All Tasks.
Last, take your cursor to the bottom right corner of your calendar. Right
click and drag the calendar in (to the left).
(Your taskpad is there, it's just hidden under the calendar on the right.)

That certainly doesn't "get there". The OP said (and apparently you didn't
read):

There is no way to view all three in a single window.
