Calendar Updates to Cellphones and emails for MANY?

Hello I currently use Yahoo's Calendar to send upates to my
cellphone of upcoming events (ex: meeting at 2:30am) etc...

But I would like to send these updates to a group of 200
people. Is there a way to automate it the way similar to
Yahoo who from what I can tell can only update 1phone
etc...

Right now I simply use my Outlook 2000 calendar then use
the Yahoo Intellisync to synchronize this info with my yahoo
calendar.
