Calendar view and short term scheduling

Is it possible in the calender view to add comments ?

Ms Project is great to plan for high level activities but planning on a
weekly sub deliverable is a lot of work as you have to create new sub task
that you need to input work, ressource and duration.

To make it simpler I would like to input comment directly on the calendar,
not linked to a task. But I don't think it's possible.

Hi Michel,

You are correct. Comments (notes) cannot be inserted "free form" on the
calendar view. Notes are tied to specific tasks. You could provide
more details in a Word or Excel file and then hyperlink the detail to a
task, but again the hyperlink is tied to the task.

Hi Michel,

You can show the Notes field on each task bar, but you'll need to keep them
very short! Format/Bar Styles.../Text - enter Name,Notes.
