I have just upgraded to the new Office 2007 Beta-2 product. After I open
Outlook, whenever I click on "Calendar" my calendar screen opens with a
"flyover" menu on it that is labeled, "Calendar Views." The menu contains
two buttons, "Add Filtered View" and "Manage Views."
I want this menu to go away - permanently - but I can't kill it. If I close
it, it goes away, but the next time I open the calendar, it's back. If I
click on View | Toolbars, I can then uncheck the "Calendar Views" option and
the menu vanishes from the screen. But then, if I go to Mail or Contacts, as
soon as I return to Calendar, there it is again. It's the Thing That
Wouldn't Die. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this beast?
Thanks.
