Is is possible to have a resource (Outlook user) that is added/assigned to a
task in Project 2003 Server automatically add that info into the resources
Outlook calendar as a 'to do'?

If the resource uses the Outlook add-in for Project Server 2003, he/she can
have project tasks added automatically as appointments on the Outlook
calendar. Hope this helps.
