happening.

Open Entourage preferences and turn off Sync Services.

To get rid of duplicates use one of the scripts on this page.

<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq_topic/duplicates.html>

Assign every event a category even if it's a generic category like
"current". In the future all events will have the category "none" assigned
and you can sort by Category: None and delete those.

Once you have cleaned up your contacts. Make a copy in the Finder of your
Main Identity.

In Entourage under File in the Menu bar, select to export as Entourage
archive (.rge) file just your calendar events. Select to delete after
exporting. Next import them back into Entourage. This process could help
clear up any problems. If they will not export, you know you have corruption
in your events.

You might need to reset all your sync data too.

Troubleshoot Sync Services: reset sync services and start fresh

After testing, you can delete the extra Identity. Be sure to turn on Sync
Services again using Entourage as the primary source.
