They are arranged in chronological order, year, month, day . If this
does not solve your problem, you will need to state the actual issue you
are having with the calendar.

let's say i want to find my birthday which is in 1955. rather than having to
scroll back through all these years, is there a way to enter in a date and go
to that daY?

Select the Calendar, Click Go, Click go to date(or Ctrl+G), plug in the
date, click OK.
