When you are planning a meeting is there a way to set a reminder for a
participate? Can that also be done after the meeting is planned and people
have have accepted?

I set appointments for myself for a lot of different things. I get involved
in tasks and can easily forget to do something or just lose track of time. I
even have a recurring appointment each Friday afternoon to submit my online
time card. (I do NOT want to forget that.)
