Does anyone know how to share a Calendar (like you can with PC's) with both
Mac and PC's?

We are on an Exch Server.

Do you mean that person A has access to person B's calendar for
viewing, editing, etc?
That can be set (in Outlook 2001, at least) under Edit | Preferences |
Sharing.
