Calendars in a form

I am working with Lebans (very cool) calendar in a form
When my user picks a date I want the form to show scheduleing information
for that date.

what I am getting is the form things I am trying to add a new record and
gives me a duplicate error.

Anyone have anythoughts or suggestions how I can correct this problem.

I have a scheduling calendar module where you ace display the scheduling
information directly in the calendar. You can also print out the scheduling
information in a calendar report. As the name of the form and report
implies, both look like a page from a calendar. Email me at my email address
