Calender folder could not be found after 2003 upgrade

Hi,

I have a big calender problem going on currently. I have upgraded 3
people to Outlook 2003 from Outlook Xp. We have multiple Schedule
resource accounts, some were created using schedule plus. After these
people were upgraded, they can no longer access any resources
(calendar) They get the error:

Unable to display the folder. Calender folder could not be found

I have searched everywhere and I can only find a few old articles
pointing to permission problems but the permissions server side were
not touched. None of these people are delegates to the resource.

If these same user log into a terminal server with outlook XP
installed, they can access the resources fine.

What could be causing this in Outlook 2003?
