Is this the default Calendar folder located under Outlook Today?
If you can't move it back start Outlook with the /resetfolders switch and
move the content from the misplaced calendar to the restored one.

the default calendar isn't supposed to be movable, but if you use OWA, it's
possible to move it... so log in OWA and drag it back to the top level.
