Calender permission issue

With my laptop I can not delegate other's to view my
calender. I am using outlook. Services setup for MS
exchange server. Also, I logged into domain. I right
clicked on calender -->properties--->there is no
permission folder. Also, I tried. Tools--->Delegates---
add--->selected a employee-->Add--->ok--->Delegate

permission doesn't show up. But it doesn't happen with my
desktop. Any idea
