Calender Reminder

Is there a way to display a reminder countdown (ie, 3 min. reminder, 2 min.
reminder, 1 min. reminder) in a single calender display prompt in Outlook
2003? For instance, I have a user who is constantly on the phone and they'd
like an OL2003 calender reminder setup that they've seen past coworkers have
Outlook display an appointment reminder that alerts them by displaying a
single reminder that counts down and alerts them by the minute upto the
actual appointment time. Is this possible? How? Thanks in advance.

No version of Outlook has ever had this option. I don't know what type of
add-in your co-workers had installed in the other versions, but it is not an
ability that is native to Outlook.
