calender times all wrong

recently my calender times ahe all be scrambled.
appointments entered at 10:00am are suddenly showing up at 2:00am etc etc.
using OL2002, windows XP pro, thru exchange server

Have you changed a time zone recently, check here Tools > Options > Calendar
Options > Time Zone
