Tools > Change Working Time, copy the calendar and make a new one.
Either save the file as a template and use as the base for new projects or
open the the new project and this project at the same time. Open Tools >
Organizer, and use the Organizer interface to copy the calendar to the new
file.

Hi mukunday,
Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup
You need to have it in the Global.mpt file. Do this via Tools/Organizer.../Calendars tab. Bottom right you should see your common calendar - select it and Copy to the left which should be showing Golbal.mpt.

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup
You need to have it in the Global.mpt file. Do this via Tools/Organizer.../Calendars tab. Bottom right you should see your common calendar - select it and Copy to the left which should be showing Golbal.mpt.
