Call Log Sync With WM5

Hello,

I would like to sync the call log from my phone into my Outlook '07
with BCM. I have an XV6700 and have already downloaded the microsoft
bcm managment software, but i seam to be missing something. Can
anyone help?

You are not missing anything. This application is missing the ability to do
this. The call history on your WM device does not sync to anywhere in either
Outlook or the BCM add-in. The BCM for Pocket PC that you have downloaded
will allow you to sync up to 10 of your BCM Communication History items to a
single Business Contact but the history must first originate from entries
that you have made in the BCM application. Don't confuse the BCM "History"
with your WM device Call "History." There is no automatic or manual linkage
possible between them. In fact, the BCM Pocket PC app creates an entirely
separate program on your WM device apart from the standard Outlook Contacts
apps.

Thanks for the help, is there any third party applications that do
this? What about other ingrations to the call history in BCM? Such
as interfacing a phone system with it?

There are other sync conduit solutions for BCM but none I know of that can
interface with the mobile phone system call history as you seem to be
describing.
