Does anyone know how to install "Call Me Buttons" that simply flash up when
clicked asking the user to put in their name and telephone number ...?
Yes ... I am a novice.

I've never seen this, or even heard of it. It sounds like an interactive
form in a small pop-up window, rather than a button - right?
