Call Sheets in Access

I understand that there is an application in Access that allows you to create
"call sheets". By this I mean, that you can use an electronic "sheet" that
will list your managers calls. I know this exists, but I'm not sure what
it's called and I don't know how to use it. I've been using an Excel
spreadsheet for this purpose and it isn't working very well. Does anyone
know about this application in Access? Thaks for your help.
