call tree templates

I am looking for templates for calling trees, or a call menu? has anyone
created?

I just used the standard flowchart shapes and added a clipart of a person on
a phone to represent bailing to an operator. The clipart was labelled and
coloured to indicate if it was a customer service rep, supervisor, billing
or one of various otherdepartments.

One other thing, I used a process box with a numbered table to indicate when
the user was provided a choice. The branches from the box were labeled with
the numerical choices.
