calling a cell from another sheet

Hello everyone, hope you can help with this question.

I have a range of values in a spreadsheet:

col AI coll AJ col AK col AL etc
April May June July etc
Row 183 values ---
Row 184 values ---
Row 185 values ----
etc


What I want to be able to do is, from another workbook in th
spreadsheet, say with April in cell B5 call the value in col AI, ro
183 in the source workbook, and for June, select the contents of co
AK, row 184 for example.

Is this possible? if so, please could someone help with the syntax o
the function.
